We offer a training program that FITS with your goal! No Boundaries Program: Couch to 5k beginning running & walking program. Next Steps Program: 10k intermediate running & walking program. Spring (or Fall) Program: organized, coached program with pace groups; train for a half marathon or marathon (spring goal: OKC Memorial Marathon & Half/fall goal: Route 66 Marathon & Half). Weekly Fun Runs & Walks: All abilities welcome; most runs/walks start & finish from Fleet Feet (Mondays at 6:15 pm, Thursdays at 6:15 pm, Saturdays: call for time and location of run/walk).

Tulsa Runner offers two casual and fun group runs every week. Join us for “6 at 6″ (that’s 6 miles at 6pm, but you’re welcome to do more or less) on Wednesdays and for our long runs on Saturdays. Our long run schedule is geared primarily toward Oklahoma City Marathon in the spring and Route 66 Marathon in the fall.
