 I did a sprint tri this morning, no problem on the swim, none on the bike, Drink 24oz of water mixed w/ Accelerade powder during the bike....as I started to run and cont to try to run I had severe right side pain,

any suggestions on how to get rid of side pain during running?

Whatever it is (and I am unqualified to say) I don't think it had anything to do with what you drank.

I am not qualified either, but a quick Google search for "side stitch while running" produces the usual gazillion hits.

This is one of the first five, and seems pretty much on point with what I have read elsewhere:

One caution: some of the details in the article may make you ask why anyone runs.

yes thanks for the reply, I will try to become a left foot exhilation runner, I am also wondering if it had something to do w/ riding in aero position trying to stay out of the 30mph wind. I am not used to riding in that position for long periods of time.

Great article! 

Be sure to train with the nutrition products you will use on race day.  Some people have issues with some products.  Good thing is there is a lot of products out there to choose from.
