Hey Folks!
Eric Switzer is organizing a pre-race Spring Fever training run for TAT.

TAT will hold a trail Spring Fever training run this Saturday at 8:30 am at
the Claremore Rec center.  We will swim, go over Transition, Flat Tire
changes and then ride and run the course.

You don't have to be signed up for the race to attend either, so if you would like to
come out and check it out the painful hill on the beginning of the bike course, Eric
would be happy to have you.
Thanks,
Robert

Not part of the TAT get-together, but just FYI:

There's also a bona fide Road Race at 8:00 am at the Will Rogers Memorial: 5k and 1k fun run.

If anyone is crazy enough to run, then swim, bike and run again....

Registration starts at 7:15 at the entrance to the Memorial--at the top of that hill you love to ride up.

The race course is across the street at RSU, on part of the SF course, but into the nature preserve. Pretty nice semi-trail run on USATF certified course.

Only $20.00 on race day, and benefits the Will Rogers Memorial.

Enjoy the day!
