Congratulations to all the participants.

The results are posted on the OK Sports & Fitness site:

http://www.oksportsandfitness.com/race-results

We've got some pictures to post as soon as I learn how--maybe on the website.

Good Race, all!

I had fun volunteering at the race, and had fun racing on a relay with my buddies. My laps were accidentally mis-counted but that is okay, coz I needed a longer swim work-out than 500 yards!  Wink

I spoke with Nader at SJ and he is aware of the women racers' concerns about the bikes they had to use (could not increase the settings, only decrease, which seems unfair since the mens' brand of bikes could be set on whatever level desired), so that issue wil be addressed for next year, he assured me.

So they are interested in constructive feedback. I was happy to see a better physical lay-out of the path from the pool up the stairs. (And the RD's house was broken into the nite before the race so I am sure that weighed on his mind during the race...)

I thought it was well done.  I'm not going to criticize or anything because it was my first and wouldn't know what could be different.  Just was so excited, my next one is the Spring Fever.
