Richard Hall, Freewheel veteran and League of American Bicyclists certified Cycling instructor and 2009 President of the Oklahoma Bicycle Coalition. What to watch for, where to ride, and how to share that road with other cyclists, not to mention cars. He’ll show some great photos of Freewheel.

Jonah Panther, of Tom’s Bicycles, talks about how to accurately set up your cycling computer, and about some really cool options that are out there to measure and map your ride.
