Serious Racing and Thanks From D.S. from USMS!

Wow!  TAT did some serious racing this weekend in Texas.  Congrats to all of you who made it down South for racing in a little warmer water.
Each of these members competed in the IronMan (LoneStar) 70.3 in Texas on Sunday and came in first in their age groups!  Rock On!

Duncan Wise (age group win by over half an hour!)
Don Nelson
Jennifer Johnson (2d overall female amateur)
Jessica Meyers (Pro) (7th overall)
and Chuck Sloan (won overall amateur)

The same weekend both Larry and Donna Krutka competed in the Memorial Hermann Olympic race.  Donna was first in her age group and Larry was second in his.
Way To Go!

Rich Chillingworth took 13th place in his age group at the USAT duathlon national championships in Richmond, VA.  The placing was high enough to earn a spot on TeamUSA to the ITU duathlon world championships in Scotland in September – his 6th consecutive year to make the team.

The USMS organizer Denise Smart would like to thank the TAT members who made it out to the swim meet on the weekend of April 18th.
